Returns Policy

Here at Baba Me, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the product to us via post or in our shop, following the instructions below, and we'll exchange or refund it. Please see below for products excluded from this policy.

Proof of Purchase

If you return a product to our shops for refund but don't have your original till or gift receipt, order confirmation or delivery note, we will give you gift vouchers to the value of the current selling price. Ordinarily we'll refund the original debit, credit or charge card used to purchase.

Condition of Returns

It's important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them. We do not offer refunds or credits for items which have been washed, worn or used unless they are faulty.

Returns

If the Goods are faulty or damaged you will notify us by telephoning or emailing Customer Services as soon as possible after delivery to obtain a Returns Authorisation Form and arrange for a replacement.

If you are not completely satisfied with the Goods, a refund or exchange can be organised providing the Goods are returned in original packaging and excellent condition suitable for resale. You will notify us by telephoning or emailing Customer Services as soon as possible after delivery to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number and arrange for a refund or exchange. Postage and Packaging are direct costs and in this instance will not be refunded. We suggest you obtain proof of postage from your post office, as we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged returns parcels.

Products Excluded:

We will not accept products for return which have been washed, worn or used unless they are faulty. Any bespoke items or lingerie and personal items cannot be returned.
