Buzzing About The Bees!
These have become a firm favourite with my 2yo, they are beautiful bright colours, the bees have cute little faces and felt wings and are nice and smooth. this toys is amazing for fine motor skills and colour sorting and has helped my 2 year old greatly with these areas of her development. She hasn't quite mastered the tweezers yet but has just as much fun using her fingers! My 5yo also loves these which was a surprise as I thought they would be a bit young for her. A great toy that we love!

Bee-utiful Bees
I have these stashed as a Christmas present, but couldn't resist getting them out of the box, and letting my toddler have a quick play (they will be her present) the quality is fantastic, the bees are so sweet, and although my daughter wasn't colour matching yet she was able to pop the bees in their hives. I can see they're going to get a huge amount of love, and great to teach some patience for my four year old. Is it Christmas yet?!

Cuteness in a box
These are such great value for money. Teaching colour sorting and fine motor skills. The chopsticks are a skill but my 19 month old still has great fun picking up the bees and sorting them into the right colours. She's had them for a week and every evening when she gets home shes asking for her Bees!

I bought these as a treat for my kiddies. It went down so well & have been much loved. The little bees are super cute and have been used in so many other games we have. The kids have loved coming up with different games/patterns with the bees & beehives. it has really helped them develop a better pincer grip by using the tweezers. The bees knees!
First up - can I give it more stars than 5??? - just doesn't seem fitting as this toy is head and shoulders above most other toys. Where to start.... beautifully crafted, lovely bright colours and very sturdy and well made - had ours for quite a few months and they look just as perfect as the day they were unwrapped. The whole concept is just brilliant, simple but ever so effective, great for fine motor skills but also so open ended, these little bees end up all over the house, from make believe games (a pet bumble bee for the duplo family you say? why not ) to ending up as a rather questionable meal in the kitchen (?!!!) and of course as a counting/sorting game. Excellent toy, highly recommended, cant praise them enough!

These bright beautiful bees are perfect for colour sorting and matching. Also to help with fine motor skills whilst using the tweezers. I bought these for my 3 year old, i will have to watch them around my 17 month old though, as she puts everything in her mouth, and these would be a choking hazard.

Buzzing fun/colour sorting
One of my two year old favourite toys. Was originally bought for Christmas but mummy caved and gave earlier in the year. I have seen a big change in my daughters fund motor skills with this. Initially just using her hands, then struggling with the tongs, to the look of pure joy as she managed to pick up the bees with the tongs. Excellent for colour sorting too, my daughter plays with this along side her small grimms rainbow.

Got these for my daughters third birthday and they are a great hit! Used for colour sorting, fine motor, stacking the beehives... All sorts of imaginary play! Wasn't sure if they were worth all the hype but we love them! Fab quality too. Only thing I would say is I supervise with bees as daughter still tends to put lots of things in her mouth and they are quite small.

Played with every day
My 18 month old cannot get enough of these bees! I was initially worried that she wouldn't play with them but she gets them out every day. At this stage she puts the bees into their hives and gives me the tweezers to remove them, we repeat this process A LOT! She now correctly colour matches them each time.

Pint Sized Perfection!
I had been eyeing these for ages as I thought they would be popular with my toddler. They are super colourful, a great, grabbing size for little fingers, and so cute! Plenty of learning opportunities - colour matching, hand eye coordination, fine motor skills etc, and just so much fun! Word of warning though, we have nearly daily fights between my 2 year old and almost 4 year old over who gets to play with them!

These bees were the best money I have ever spent on my 2 year old! She's had them since around 20 months and they are still a favourite! They were in a bag we had stolen whilst on a train once and she was so upset that we had to replace them quickly! She quickly mastered the colour sorting and using the tweezers and now the bees are used in a lot of her small world play. They are so adorable too

Whats the buzz?
The buzz is Plan Bees! They are fantastic. So bright, colourful and diddy. They are so tiny they're cute! There are things provided with 6 hives and six coordinating bees. The aim is to pick up each bee with the tongs, very tricky but great for fine motor skills, and find their hive. The hives are stackable so can be arranged into trickier combinations to encourage your little ones fingers to work hard. These also look amazing alongside Grimm's rainbows.

Absolutely adore the bees. Such a simple concept, but with this toy it is clear simple is sometimes best. My two year old loves sorting by colour, using the pincer, practising colours and making the bees talk to each other. My five year old really enjoys sorting them too, finding it very calming. The pincer action has been great for her fine motor skills, which she has been struggling with. The only issuse is the fights it causes when they both want it at the same time!
