So what is a baba me CSP mystery box?
A baba me mystery box is just that! A mystery. These boxes will contain anything from the reusable sanitary protection range from the baba me site.

The boxes will contain anything from our entire csp range. At comments in check out feel free to drop hints as to the type of pad you love/hate!

Also please let us know of any items you already have, also if you would like to try a cup please add that comment in, as these will not be included as standard.

People who want a surprise and like a gamble, and want some mystery fun in their lives.

Who are the boxes not for?

If you can't cope with getting ANYTHING, then please do not buy. If you might be disappointed and won't be able to cope with disappointment, then please do not buy. This is a bit of fun. If you think you might have something to moan about, then please do not buy.

Can I return the boxes if I am disappointed?

If you need to ask that question, then please do not buy.
We are aware that this is a mystery box and that you are buying items ˜unseen however you are receiving items at a reduced rate. The box being a surprise is half the fun but there may be some items in a box that you may not particular care for. Please be aware that you are signing up for a mystery box and that we are unable to refund you for the box or part of a box if you simply do not like the items. A full refund will be made for anything that is faulty or has been broken in the shipping process. This is inline with the Consumer Contracts Regulations formerly Direct Selling Regulations UK. What if I buy 2?

We have made 'sets' of boxes. If you buy 2 or more, we will ensure you receive different sets, if bought at the same time. If purchased at different times then we cannot guarantee this.

Is there anything else I need to know?

Yes. This is for fun. That is it. You get what you get and you don't make a fuss. If that is not you, these are not for you :-) You might get the chocolate of your dreams, you might get your most hated chocolate. 

And no, they probably won't come in a box. If you can't cope with that, again this is not the item for you ;-)

Mystery box

Iíll admit I was a little apprehensive about the mystery box in case I didnít like what came but I took a chance anyway and Iím delighted I did. I got the medium box and got 4 lovely cloth pads each a different size so they are perfect for bulking out my stash!
Would highly recommend if your not overly fussy and want a bit of a surprise!

Ordered myself a csp mystery box as a treat and loved it. I got a gorgeous pink daisy pad and a heavy TCS pad too. Both gorgeous patterns and perfect for what I wanted. Both wash well and been used for two cycles since. Made the switch to CSP and havenÔŅĹt looked back!

GB - We are based in NI. Therefore there are NO customs charges or additional charges for deliveries to GB addresses. What you see is that you pay!

ROI/EU - We are based in NI. Due to the NI protocol, for customs and VAT purposes we are part EU customs. Therefore there are NO customs charges or additional charges for deliveries to ROI/EU addresses. What you see is that you pay!

We hope you will be 100% delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied you are welcome to return your purchase to us, this is our No Quibble guarantee : 

  • All returns must be returned to us within 30 days after you receive your delivery, following the steps outlined below.
  • Items must be returned unused in their original packaging, and arrive back with us in a resaleable condition. Pack everything up carefully and securely in suitable outer packaging (eg a box with sufficient protective material) so as not to damage the product packaging. Please do not put labels directly onto products for return, these will be classed as non-saleable.
  • With all returns, please include a completed returns form (including order number). This can be downloaded here: Click here to download a returns form. If you do not have a printer, just write out the details on the form on a page and include it with your return.
  • Please allow up to 7 working days for our team to process the return. Refunds will be done via the method you paid.
  • Christmas returns. We know you shop early for Christmas, so for any items bought between September & December, you can return up until the 7th January with a no quibble return guarantee

Shipping & Handling - Customers are accountable for return shipping charges. Remember PayPal returns may refund your shipping costs if you have purchased using them, details Paypal Shipping. We suggest a recorded or signed for delivery service so the parcel is insured and can be tracked. Goods are the customerís responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse.

Faulty items - If you receive an item that is faulty, we will send you a pre-paid label for return. Just use the contact us page to request one, sending images of the fault.

Store Return Can I return a telephone or Web order at the Baba Me shop? - Yes, you can return non-faulty goods to our shop. You will need to take your Invoice/Receipt with you as proof of purchase. Depending on staff present, the refund will be processed immediately or tasked to customer services to refund (not all store staff are trained in online refunds).
