We put our gifting expertise and a wealth of customer feedback to good use to bring you these individually selected, hand curated mystery boxes that will pamper, relax and soothe. No two boxes are ever the same, so you can rest assured knowing that you are giving a unique and thoughtful gift. We always go the extra mile to create a gift you will be proud to give(or gleeful to keep for yourself!) so please do make use of the order comments box to let us know a little bit about the intended recipient- what they love, what they don't, and anything else we need to know, eg allergies, or whether they have a shower or bath. You will receive products that at least match the RRP value of the box you've paid for- meaning you pay nothing for the service of receiving a tailored to you/them gift!

Who are the boxes not for?

We understand that mystery boxes aren't for everyone- not everyone likes a surprise, and that's ok! We would recommend taking a browse of our website and consider if you'd be happy to receive anything. You won't find any cleaning products in a pamper box, but you might get a candle, socks or something else that isn't to your own taste. If you'd like to order one, please use that comments box to give us an idea what you do and don't like, as we desperately want you to be happy with your order! If you think the risk is too much, why not check out our ethical gifts section for pre made gift bundles instead?

Can I return the boxes if I am disappointed?

If you need to ask that question, mystery boxes might not be for you!
The box being a surprise is half the fun but there may be some items in a box that you may not particularly care for. We cannot accept partial returns of mystery boxes, if some of the products simply don't suit we may as a goodwill gesture accept returns of the full box in new, saleable condition- please get in touch with us to discuss this. A full refund will of course be made for anything that is faulty or has been broken in the shipping process. This is inline with the Consumer Contracts Regulations formerly Direct Selling Regulations UK. Please do get in touch with us if you have any queries.
 
What if I buy 2?

If you buy 2 or more, we will ensure you receive different sets, if bought at the same time. If purchased at different times then we cannot guarantee this.

What brands are included?

Every pamper/treat brand on our site! For example Thought Socks, Tony's Chocolonely chocolate, Janni Bars bodycare. There really are too many to list though.

Is there anything else I need to know?

Yes. This is for fun, and we truly put a great deal in to thought to pick a box we believe you will love. Please understand the time and thought that has gone in to picking your box, and be kind and understanding. These boxes are not "clearance" boxes, we hand pick them with love and care especially for you and they contain a huge variety of our magnificent products.

I ordered one of these for a friend, gave their particular likes & dislikes & what was sent was just spot on... I wouldn’t have thought of getting lip balm but that, the giant bath bomb & chocolate made a lovely little pick me up gift.

My husband got me one of these for our anniversary. I was super excited yet nervous to open it, but was far from disappointed. It contained items that I normally wouldn’t pick, but oh my, what a selection it was. I absolutely loved it

The candle and the hand soap in here both smell lovely. I don't really use candles but it will be a lovely gift for someone soon. Thats what i like about the meee box.even if i dont like something i can put it aside as a gidt as the quality is always great.

Post Brexit Customs Rules

GB - We are based in NI. Therefore there are NO customs charges or additional charges for deliveries to GB addresses. What you see is that you pay!

ROI/EU - We are based in NI. Due to the NI protocol, for customs and VAT purposes we are part EU customs. Therefore there are NO customs charges or additional charges for deliveries to ROI/EU addresses. What you see is that you pay!

We hope you will be 100% delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied you are welcome to return your purchase to us, this is our No Quibble guarantee : 

  • All returns must be returned to us within 30 days after you receive your delivery, following the steps outlined below.
  • Items must be returned unused in their original packaging, and arrive back with us in a resaleable condition. Pack everything up carefully and securely in suitable outer packaging (eg a box with sufficient protective material) so as not to damage the product packaging. Please do not put labels directly onto products for return, these will be classed as non-saleable.
  • With all returns, please include a completed returns form (including order number). This can be downloaded here: Click here to download a returns form. If you do not have a printer, just write out the details on the form on a page and include it with your return.
  • Please allow up to 7 working days for our team to process the return. Refunds will be done via the method you paid.
  • Christmas returns. We know you shop early for Christmas, so for any items bought between September & December, you can return up until the 7th January with a no quibble return guarantee

Shipping & Handling - Customers are accountable for return shipping charges. Remember PayPal returns may refund your shipping costs if you have purchased using them, details Paypal Shipping. We suggest a recorded or signed for delivery service so the parcel is insured and can be tracked. Goods are the customer’s responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse.

Faulty items - If you receive an item that is faulty, we will send you a pre-paid label for return. Just use the contact us page to request one, sending images of the fault.

Store Return Can I return a telephone or Web order at the Baba Me shop? - Yes, you can return non-faulty goods to our shop. You will need to take your Invoice/Receipt with you as proof of purchase. Depending on staff present, the refund will be processed immediately or tasked to customer services to refund (not all store staff are trained in online refunds).
