Reduced cramps and lighter flow

"This is an absolute life changer (overused I know but it it’s true). I started with the small as I’d never been able to use tampons but had no issue with the cup then after someone accidentally threw it out moved to large. Once you master the technique of putting it in its comfortable I’ve noticed that my previously horrible cramps and very heavy flow are a thing of the past. Easy to clean and store too."

"I was nervous to try this as I struggled with tampax. But honestly it was super easy to use, not at all yucky to clean and was super comfortable. I couldn't feel it at all. It comes with a stem which I cut off as it was sticking out. There's loads of different folds - just look it up on youtube. I got no leaks at all... but I still ordered some fab CSP just in case!"
