It's best to change it every 4-8 hours, if possible. However, it provides up to 12 hours of protection a day.
2. What are the care instructions?
Reusable menstrual cups should be washed and wiped clean before being reinserted into your vagina. They can be sterilised by boiling.
3. What are the benefits of using menstrual cup?
